CHAPTER 95 - Indifference by Employees

the Ford Group, has a long history.

The Ford family's earliest fortunes began in a pawn store a hundred years ago, where they made connections and stored up resources. Later, after accumulating some wealth, the Ford family ancestors began to expand into other industries, operating restaurants, hotels, transportation, education, and finally chose real estate, which involves the entire America.

It's safe to say that almost every building in America by name - malls, homes, hotels, landmarks, etc. - is owned by the Ford Group.

Ella stepped into the Ford Group elevator and pressed the floor.

Her dad had given her the position of Director of Marketing, which was primarily responsible for planning the sales of the Ford Group's programs.

The reason why this position is arranged, the first is because Hedy before here as a marketing room manager, the manager's top boss is the sales director, and the previous sales director, was arranged by his father to other branches as a general manager. The second reason is that, as an enterprise, the most important thing is the sales force, the enterprise's core technology and specialized knowledge is just an enterprise's own ability, according to the market demand for step-by-step development on the line, the real ability to exercise the ability of the place, is to do marketing.

Marketing can be the fastest way to understand the market, the fastest way to grasp the market economy, the fastest way to know, so to speak, what kind of talent is needed in the business market!

No wonder, when she was talking about joining the company to be Doris' immediate boss, her dad was so excited to say yes.

It was clearly a perfect match with the career direction he had tried to plan for her earlier.

The elevator arrives.

She walked into the sales department.

Facing you is a large office.

It was still early at the moment, but all the employees had already sat down in their office seats, turned on their computers and started working.

Ella approached the front desk of the sales department and politely asked, "May I ask where the director's office is?"

"Are you looking for the Superintendent?" The employee asked, looking a little rambunctious.

"No, I'm ......."

The pay phone on the employee's desk suddenly rang.

She put it straight through and her voice became instantly recognizable, "Hello, Sales."

"Mr. Carlson, Manager Doris is coming up the stairs now, so remember to be ready to greet him." The voice on the other end of the phone was serious.

"Copy that, I'll meet you at the elevator right away, may I ask what color Manager Doris is wearing today?"

"White blouse, black wrap skirt, and a khaki trench coat on top."

"Okay."

Sophia hangs up, only now seeming to notice that Ella is still there, with some perfunctory, "Excuse me, I have a reception today. If you're looking for the Superintendent, turn right at the office and go straight, go to the end and you'll see two offices with the Superintendent's office written on the door."

After saying that, without even looking at Ella, he hurriedly left.

Ella smiled faintly and said nothing, following the secretary's directions.

It doesn't take much thought to realize how high Hedy's status used to be in the company, and how the director of the marketing room couldn't stand up to the platitudes of a marketing room manager.

Ella stopped on her feet at the superintendent's office and pushed open the door to the room and entered.

The eyes steeped, and tightened.

At the moment, the office was a mess.

Presumably the last superintendent left in a hurry and packed his things away overnight last night, and the cleaners had time to clean up early this morning.

Ella thought for a moment as she exited the office just in time to see a cleaner walk past her and hurriedly called out, "Auntie, please clean out this office for a moment."

"No time." THE CLEANING LADY refused outright, "I'm not even completely done with the next room right now, where would I find the time to do this one! Either you can clean it yourself, or you can wait until I've finished this side, then come over."

With that, he hurried off.

Ella blushed a little.

She walked to the next room.

The door to the room says "Marketing Room Manager."

So, it's Doris' office.

It stands to reason that his father arranged for her to be inducted on the same day that he arranged for Doris to be inducted.

And Sales, thinking straight, chose to prepare Doris first.

At the moment Doris's office is full of people inside and out, the office is clean and tidy, and there are even flowers on the desk.

You can tell it's carefully laid out.

A moment.

A woman's somewhat anxious voice could be heard in the distance, walking directly past Ella, "Is it done yet?Ms. Ford will be here soon and is getting to know the staff now."

"Okay." The man in charge said in a rush, "It's all ready."

"Come out to the door when you're ready to meet them, yes, one on each side, and salute and greet them as they come."

"Yes."

The moment the woman is ready to leave, she suddenly bursts back into Doris's office.

Ella just watched as she took out a bottle of perfume from inside her dress and hurriedly sprayed it before quickly leaving.

Ella didn't move to leave either, walking off to the side.

Outside the office, the staff standing in two rows to greet them couldn't help but whisper, "And I wonder if there's any difference between this Ms. Ford and the last Ms. Ford?"

"What difference can it make? They're all royalty, they can't be messed with. Be smart and don't make any mistakes. If something goes wrong, no one can guarantee you. Even the Superintendent has to give in to Ms. Ford a few points, understand?"

"I know, I know." The employee hurriedly agreed, with a face that was incredibly tense.

Everyone seemed to be in the best mood to adjust.

From a distance, a line of people could be seen approaching.

Doris walked at the front, followed by Sophia, the secretary who had just ignored Ella, and followed by many other employees.

It looks imposing.

Ella stood off to the side and just surveyed Doris' appearance.

If you've never seen Doris whispering at the Ford family, you can't really imagine that this dainty, high-strung woman in a professional suit is a human being.

Ella thought back to her last life, when Doris had managed to climb into Lucien's bed and gleefully called her a cheap piece of work that was not only useless, but also degraded Lucien.

Now that I think about it, my own self who became a housewife and put all her heart and soul into Lucien back then was really cheap as hell.

"HelloMs. Ford!" A neat voice, suddenly loud and clear.

The staff bowed 90 degrees to Ella with respect.

Doris's eyes moved slightly, not cowed by the battle at the moment, even with a hint of, well, arrogance.

Just turned 22 years old, just graduated from the university fledgling woman, in the face of unfamiliar environment unfamiliar people can be so calm, and even smooth, Doris's city and ability, really not as good as ordinary people.

Doris turns to all of them, nodding slightly.

That moment showed her superiority unlike anyone else, and deliberately distanced herself from her employees.

In her high heels and with a lofty stance, she was ready to walk through the midst of the entrenched employees.

"Doris."

Suddenly.

A nonchalant voice rang out from a less noticeable place nearby.
