CHAPTER 108: The Amazing Ella
It was last night.
Lucien called her last night and said he wanted to talk to her and didn't want the two families to get too worked up.
Hedy already had hopes for Lucien, and despite the sarcasm she got from him, she was willing to be together if she could, so she even dressed up a little and went to her appointment.
But I didn't expect that instead of waiting for Lucien, she was pestered by a group of hooligans and forced to bring her into an apartment, and then the scene that is now playing on the computer happened.
Hedy is not easy to come back home, suffered such a heavenly thing, she simply do not dare to say, said certainly will be her father killed, so can only hide, at that time also did not suspect that it was Lucien did, after all, later Lucien sent her a message to ask why she did not arrive, she although because of the encounter hated to the extreme did not return, but it is this message so that she simply did not think in this direction. Or rather, it never occurred to her that Lucien would be cruel to this extent!
Her entire being crumbled to the core.
After losing face at Ella's wedding, at least there was a Lucien with her, and now it's abjectly all about her embarrassment.
Barely, to drive her to death!
"I think everyone should be clear about what kind of person Hedy is. Why I slept with Hedy that night, I also said before that it was because Hedy drugged me, so I won't waste everyone's time explaining more here. And the only thing I have to say is, Hedy, pushing anyone will be pushy, you better, take care of yourself." After saying that, Lucien turned around and left.
After taking two steps, he suddenly stopped again, "I did give that five million dollars, but that was because Mr. Ford insisted."
This time, there would literally be no stopping to leave.
Ella saw this and closed it as well.
The dust has settled on whatever the outcome is.
Lucien finishes.
So.
Morton simply can't fight the Williams family.
Of course, she had expected it.
The reason why she even purposely arranged this conflict is not because she wants Lucien to take advantage of the opportunity to clear his name; in fact, sooner or later, Lucien could have thought of this way to prove himself, and the reason why she prompted the war between them is just to speed up the revenge, and in the process, teach Hedy a little more lesson.
Consider that Hedy, in her last life, had held a grudge ever since she married Lucien, insulting her in person and raising hell to make all the famous girls in high society turn their noses up at her.
Hedy deserves a double dose of that, too, being insulted.
"Ms. Ford," there was a sudden knock at the door of the room.
"Come in." Ella answered.
She would have no more emotions about Hedy's downfall, or perhaps the even more gruesome one that followed.
It's just a matter of good and evil!
"It's 9:50 and you can get ready to go to the Human Resources Director's office." Wilson reminded.
"Good."
Ella took Wilson and went straight to the office of Alex, the Director of Human Resources.
Alex warmed to Ella, "Ms. Ford, have a seat."
"You're welcome." Ella smiled and sat down across from Alex.
"Mr. Parker has given me the word that Ms. Ford wants to make a move in the sales department?" There still seemed to be some surprise.
"Yes."
"Personally, I'd suggest that Ms. Ford has only just started work and could do without the rush - after all, hearts and minds are important, and once lost, they're hard to repair."
"I know this too." Ella said without slowing down, "But Mr. Campbell should have heard that I set my flags in front of the senior leadership, so my time is limited, I only have three or even six months to accomplish what I have to accomplish, and I don't have the luxury of having everything follow the common sense of following the rules."
Alex, for a moment, clearly didn't react to what Ella meant.
Ella's mouth smiled a little as she said bluntly, "For a limited time, I need to have a team of my own."
Can over sit on the position of the director of the world's top 100 enterprises, naturally all are human savvy, Ella so mention point, but if you think deeply, Alex understand what Ella is talking about.
Now the Ford Group, although the chairman of the board is Ella's father Jack, Jack does hold fifty-five percent of the Ford Group's shares, has the absolute right to speak, but the company is, after all, a shareholding system, also set up a group of board of directors, the board of directors of more than 20 people, all of whom have their own voting decision-making power, all the company's large projects need to be board of directors! All the company's big projects need the board of directors' decision-making, which means that the company's decisions are not Jack's alone!
And since everyone has the right to make decisions about the company, it would be logical to extend that many forces of the company exist.
Obviously, not all forces are loyal chairmen, such as so-and-so, and Alex is certainly not afraid to say so.
What he didn't realize was how Ella was able to think of this so quickly on her second day of work today and having never been exposed to the workplace.
Have to say.
Ella's time is limited, she can't expend her energy on hooking up things to delay her work progress, the only best way is to be quick, pull out all those forces that are against her, and form a team of her own, once the hearts and minds are all hers, the things she wants to do will only be twice as effective.
Alex figured it out.
Wilson had figured that out in the conversation they had just had.
While she if very much in favor of one of Ella's arrangements for her personnel, she still doesn't approve of the way Ella moves people as soon as they arrive. But obviously, in Ella's position, with her time being so tight, assembling a team that is loyal to her is the key.
At that moment Wilson couldn't help but marvel a little at Ella's delicate mind, as well as her foresight.
"Now that Ms. Ford has decided, I'll be sure to do the backing and aftercare." Alex hastened to state his position.
"Thank you Mr. Campbell," Ella was polite, with some meaningful tone at that moment, "I've heard that Mr. Campbell has been working in the Human Resources Department for more than ten years, and I'm sure you know better than I do about what people should be in what positions, so I hope Mr. Campbell can give me some professional advice."
"I will definitely do my best." Alex hastily promised, "Never fail the company, never fail the chairman's cultivation of me!"
Ella's mouth quirked in a smile.
Alex is naturally smart, and at the moment her approach is is to identify which ones can be her own, and Alex immediately makes her position clear.
Of course, it's good to know some things by heart.
Ella's eyes rolled, "Mr. Parker, drop my plan off for Mr. Campbell to go over."
"Yes."
One morning.
The list of all adjustments was finalized in full with amazing efficiency!
"First thing tomorrow morning, I'd like to see an internal posting of the staffing changes." Ella said bluntly.
The thunderous style of doing things really makes it completely obvious that she's only 22 years old and a recent college graduate!
