CHAPTER 78 - Fanning the Flames
"My little ancestor has never been anything but you and no one else." Eden's voice was thick and low, and the words of love that came out of his mouth were like thin water, echoing in his ears for a long time.
Ella really doesn't know how Eden can be so handy when it comes to the whole flirting thing.
How in the world did he say these words that spoiled him to death. The key was to match his magnetic and incomparable voice, a woman would not be able to resist.
"Oily mouth." Ella pretended to be angry.
It was actually hiding, the panic in the heart.
She felt that if she kept this up, she could easily be ruffled by the scum in front of her.
Cendy is right.
Even if you can't be with Lucien, you can't be with Eden.
Man.
Not a single good one.
"Let go of me, I have something important to do." Ella pushed against Eden who was leaning on her.
This man does not look fat, wearing clothes clearly also appear to be some slender and thin, I do not know how to press on her body weight with a pile of iron, so that she can not move.
Eden watched her blush and didn't tease Ella much, getting up off of her.
Ella breathed a sigh of relief.
She adjusted her mood to look serious, "Eden, I have something to tell your family."
Eden nodded.
It seems to be expected.
"You go see if your sister has gone to her room."
Eden frowned.
"Trouble." Ella looked polite.
Eden flipped her face faster than a book, and at this moment suddenly turned away with a not-so-good look on her face.
A moment.
He stood in the doorway, his slender body leaning lazily against it, and said to Ella, "Back in your room, you can go out now."
The tone, clearly, was a bit shady.
Ella doesn't know what this Eden guy is mad about either.
Shouldn't he be happy that she cared so much about his sister's feelings?
Forget it.
She couldn't catch the man anyway.
It's hard to waste your brain cells.
Ella took a dark breath, then walked out of the room.
Downstairs.
The Dillon family was there.
It seemed that Isla was just getting settled and everyone was taking a short break inside the living room.
"Isla hasn't had a seizure in a long time and it was really scary. It's a good thing the doctor said it didn't hurt her heart, I'll have to pay more attention next time." Vivianne spoke up.
"I'm worried what if Isla wakes up from her nap later and remembers Pamela?" Michael was a little helpless.
"Should we go pick out a cat for my sister now that looks exactly like Pamela and surprise her when she wakes up?" Brian suggested.
"Not yet, I'm afraid she'll see the other cat and fall back on her touchy feely self." Kate said, "Let's see how she is when she wakes up first and then ask her opinion, I would prefer not to have a pet after this time, pets have a limited amount of time for companionship."
"Also." Vivianne echoed, her eyes lifting at that moment, her whole being stunned for a moment.
The others looked at Vivianne and couldn't help but look that way.
Then Eden and Ella were seen coming down the stairs.
Not that.
Is Ella gone already?
Why is she still around.
All of them carried amazement, but all of them did not speak.
All know, too, that to speak out is to offend.
Instead, it was Ella who was very much at ease with herself, and she dropped a smile as she said, 'I still have a few things to find everyone, so I didn't leave.' Watched Isla go to her room before following Eden downstairs. Shouldn't meet up with Isla."
"Commiserations." Kate got up from the couch in a hurry and volunteered to go over and pull Ella, looking affectionate.
There's also some real guilt.
"Mom is really being too nice, I told you I understood." Ella smiled slightly, "I just have something to say to everyone. Leave when you're done talking."
"Sit down. Isla's asleep now anyway and won't be downstairs for a while." Kate greeted evenly.
Ella nodded.
Sitting on the couch as well.
Everyone looked at her.
It seemed to be waiting for her to speak.
Ella didn't beat around the bush either, she said, "What happened to Pamela really has nothing to do with me ......"
"You don't have to explain that." Kate interrupted her directly, "We both know very well that you certainly didn't kill Pamela. It was also Isla who was so emotional this morning, and Pamela's death hit her so hard that she was so tongue-tied. Don't worry, I, and everyone else in our family, believe that it had nothing to do with you, and so does Isla."
"Isla if I believed that, I wouldn't have to leave here." Ella smiled faintly, looking a little helpless.
"She got herself into a corner because she couldn't accept Pamela's death for a while. Not after a few days when Isla accepts Pamela's death." Kate was trying her best to lighten the mood.
"But I feel that I need to tell the truth about what happened." Ella was adamant.
"Haven't you always promised well? Now why did you suddenly back out?!" Alice started fanning the flames, "Aren't you deliberately making things difficult for auntie like this?"
"Alice," Brian greeted her in a low voice.
Alice didn't pay any attention to Brian as she muttered a couple more times, "If you don't agree with Auntie's arrangement, you should say so. Don't you think you're a bit shameless when you want to be a bitch and want to be chaste at the same time?"
"Alice!" said Brian, his voice noticeably heavier.
Alice even felt a piercing gaze at that moment.
She gritted her teeth darkly.
Eden has never been one to turn her nose up at women.
When would he ever stand up for a woman.
Was the sight staring at her at the moment a warning?
Ella looked at Alice the same way, of course she knew very well that Alice and her were definitely not on the same page, and the reason why she kindly reminded her to keep an eye on Isla wasn't that she really wanted to help her, it was probably just a passing comment, and then waited to see what the joke was on her.
Now seeing her being similarly bullied so badly by Isla, there might even be scoffing in her mind.
So couldn't help but deliberately sarcastic a few words, and can make her embarrassed, but also can balance the aggression he once suffered, but also really a two for one thing!
It also has to be said.
Kate's heart did feel a bit diabolical at the moment.
She actually knew very well that Ella was really aggrieved in this matter.
Who has a new daughter-in-law who is kicked out by her in-laws on her first day at home.
And she was over the moon about it.
But hearing that Ella has been raised to know what she's doing is also hopeful, and believing that she's understandable.
Yet at the moment.
Ella is so feisty and has to go and prove her innocence, how does it all feel like she is being unreasonable.
Especially with Alice stirring things up, Ella's actions could easily turn off the the Dillon family.
After all, Eden's body is currently the most important thing in the minds of THE Dillon Family.
Other than that, it's all simply a floating cloud!
