CHAPTER 59 - The Wedding (17) A Moment in the Spring is Worth a Thousand Pieces of Gold
Eden gave Ella all her skirts to organize and put in the cart.
It was only then that he closed the car door for her and walked to the other side, taking his seat.
Cullen was to see them seated before returning to the passenger side, allowing Alfred, inside the cab, to drive away.
It was only at the moment of leaving that Ella seemed to come back to her senses.
Having literally just been shocked for that second by Eden's bending over and crouching in front of her, she reacted at the moment, only to remember that she was full of doubts, and she couldn't help but ask, "Where are we going now? Don't we need to be at the wedding site? Shouldn't there be a toast in a while?"
"No, we just need to have the ceremony, the rest should be left to our parents. After all ......," Eden looked closely at Ella, his nice lips flicking up, "A spring night is worth a thousand dollars."
"......" knows it's a shaped marriage.
Where is the springtime moment.
Ella just can't see Eden's.
He's just so unexpected.
And she couldn't, it seemed, resist at all.
Sure.
That is also not against her principles.
After all, with a shaped marriage, there were some rituals Eden didn't like that she felt were dispensed with.
Not to mention it wasn't just Eden either, she didn't like it either.
It was already a bit too comical of a day for a wedding, and it was more than a little surprising to be going at guests like that.
Think of it this way.
How she felt it was a deliberate arrangement on Eden's part, rather than, on the spur of the moment, a sudden jerk.
The car remained silent.
The limo pulled into Eden's private villa.
Ella is actually thankful that living alone with Eden is naturally less of a hassle than having to live with her elders who have to live with a large family.
She was just a little surprised.
Is the power out at the villa?
How it's pitch black.
What's more, the sedan reached the door and stopped.
Then Cullen got out of the car first, again with that same respect, and opened the door for Ella.
Ella thought that the limousine should have seen straight to the entrance of the villa hall.
Ultimately, the dowry she was wearing was so cumbersome that she would be tired of walking.
That moment didn't embarrass Cullen either.
It doesn't take much to realize that this is Eden's arrangement.
For Eden s arrangement ...... in the end the two people are cooperating, as long as it does not violate her principles, she can cater to it.
She got off the ground.
Cullen crouched down and respectfully straightened her skirt.
"Thanks." Ella smiled gratefully.
"I should, ma'am."
"......" Ella's mouth twitched every time she heard the word "ma'am".
It's true, not used to the title.
In her last life she was married to Lucien and everyone called him a great-grandmother.
It always seemed that the first grandma was a bit more colloquial and the lady was a bit too grand and formal.
The point is.
She's not really Mrs. Eden either.
Ella thought about it a lot, but in the end she didn't open her mouth and corrected Cullen's name.
She took a deep breath and stepped in, ready to walk in.
By now Eden had gotten out of the car as well and was behind him, but for the moment didn't think to assist her.
It was pitch black in front of her, and she wasn't familiar with it, so she was really afraid of falling on her ass.
She moved forward cautiously.
Really wondering at that moment too... Isn't Eden very posh? Saving this bit of electricity?
Just for a moment.
The light at her feet, suddenly came on.
Ella paused slightly in her tracks.
It was instantly clear that ...... Eden was surprising her.
And she always felt that Eden's surprises would overwhelm any woman.
She held her breath.
I don't know if I'm looking forward to it, or if it's a ...... challenge.
She just took one step and walked in.
With each step, a light, underfoot, strikes a light.
One by one.
More and more.
The moment she came to an end.
A firework suddenly exploded in the dark sky.
The sky is full of roses and blooms proudly.
Eat orange, red, green, green, blue and purple, all kinds of things, in the night, like a vast star, spilling out.
It was so loud and powerful that it was feared that the entire Seattle seemed to be able to see it!
Ella controlled her heart rate, bit by bit, and watched it all.
Until.
All the sparks in the sky, all of them slipped away, and the gorgeous, colorful sky only returned to its original darkness.
And yet it only lasted a second.
The whole villa was suddenly, for a moment, brightly lit.
Bright are as if, having planted a sun, they can even shine.
Ella was truly amazed by Eden, over and over again.
Over and over again, breaking the upper limit of her perception of what was stunning.
Her throat moved slightly.
Feeling the man who had been following him, he suddenly walked over to her.
She turned her eyes and looked at Eden.
She said, "I have nothing to offer in return."
Really, there is no thought of what to thank him with for what he did today.
Even if you know it's a form of marriage, you will be touched by his heartfelt preparation.
After all.
Lucien had never given her any, surprises from her last life until now.
The scares poured in, one at a time, and the sky was falling.
"It will help you move forward." Ella sounded firm.
Eden's mouth quirked in a smile.
The smile parted with some disappointment, and as if it was just an illusion.
Instead he said nothing at that moment and offered to take her hand.
Ella is really used to his intimacy.
She was led, step by step, by Eden, into the villa hall.
The hall was obviously decorated quite magnificently as well.
Is Eden a man of foolishness and money, or is ...... he used to spreading his money.
Actually.
It's a crime to go to this extent where no one else can see.
She follows Eden, up to the second floor.
Just as she reached the stairway, Eden suddenly bent down and picked her up in a cross-body hug.
Ella was startled.
Almost subconsciously, wrapping Eden's neck tighter.
The small gesture, one that was clearly somewhat intimate, made Eden, the corners of her mouth lift.
He carried Ella and walked up the stairs on very steady feet.
On the stairs, Ella's long skirt, which trailed down the floor, was stunningly beautiful.
Eden put Ella in a room.
The design that should have been black, white and gray in his memory had suddenly become a big red, and even the walls had turned red, appearing even a little too festive.
Eden bent over.
That moment tenderly placed Ella on the large red king-sized bed.
The mattress is soft.
Soft to the point that Ella really wanted to lie down on the bed and fall asleep right away.
It's been a busy day since I woke up early in the morning, and now I'm really, really tired.
The moment the body relaxes.
The next moment it seemed to be felt, an aura of danger.
She looked nervously at Eden, who had been slow to get up and leave after putting her down, at Eden's eyes parted to look at her closely, at her face, emotions coloring the inside of her eyes.
So obvious that it's hard to ignore it.
Her heart raced again.
The heart went into overdrive I don't know how many times for this Eden shit.
This man, in the end, is a demon on earth.
How else could it be so, hook, line and sinker!
